SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Address

We will only ship to the addresses that are provided in the billing address or shipping address during your purchase.
Please ensure the correct addresses and reachable phone numbers are provided when completing your order.
We do not ship to P.O Boxes (Post-Office Box) and only to valid, legitimate shipping addresses.

We will not be liable if an incorrect shipping address is provided and the goods are returned to us.
All re-deliveries of goods to you will incur the associated shipping charges, which will be disclosed upon request for a second delivery attempt.

Shipping Time

Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 5 working days (Monday to Friday).

Shipping Fees

Shipping fee: RM10 to West Malaysia. 
For East Malaysia: RM17 for the first KG; subsequent weight charges will also be calculated at checkout.
For Singapore: RM38 for the first KG; subsequent weight charges will also be calculated at checkout.

Tracking Number

Once goods leave our warehouse and are picked up by our shipping partner, the tracking ID for the package will be communicated to you via email and updated on your member’s account.
