RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All orders placed via www.dpassions.com can no longer be returned or exchanged.
However, you can return and exchange the products if you received the wrong items or damaged items.
Returned items must meet the following requirements:
– The item must be shipped back to us within 7 working days after the item is received. (as proved by the postel or courier receipt)
– You have proof of purchase. (order invoice or receipt)
– Item must be in new condition and returned in its original packaging, and gifts received with it.
– All packaging must be unused, unmarked, and not defaced in any manner.
– Ensure the product has no smell. (such as perfume, smoke, soap, etc)
– Item must be returned in suitable packaging to protect the product from damage during return delivery.
